Oyaji-Gyagu - Old Man Jokes
This page has Japanese and English sentences that are known as "Oyaji-gagu." These jokes are apparently popular with old men and are based on puns in the Japanese language. Most Japanese people are not a big fan of these types of jokes, but if you are a foreigner and you tell these jokes to your friends then they will think you are the next Seinfeld! Actually, not really ... they will just think you are kind of weird but, hey whats wrong with that? Works for me! They will be surprised that you know these jokes and if all else fails you can use these as a last resort to lightnen up the conversation!
